Shipments and Returns

 

Shipping

We are offerring free shipping in United States. Packages are packed and shipped out within 2 business days after receipt of payment for a successful order. Orders with items that are not yet in stock will be on hold until all of the items in the order become in stock and available. 

 

Returns

We honor returns for any factory sealed item(s) if they are reported to us within 7 days of the purchase date. Please check all purchases as you receive them for errors as they will need to be reported within the 7 days.

Items damaged in transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged upom receipt, it must be noted with the shipping carrier accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the items are received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund that includes the original shipping cost to you via your original payment method.  You may be liable for any return carriage fees.

Defective items:

If your items are faulty or defective, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the defects. We will make every attempt to fix or correct the defective item with parts or replacements.  Should we determine that the item needs to be replaced we will ask that you return the items.  Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have received the item and confirmed the defects, we wil issue a replacement or full refund that excludes the original shipping cost to you via your original payment method, you will be liable for the return shipping. We will check and verify all returned items.  If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return shipping costs.  Items cannot be returned if it has been deemed to be damaged by improper use or mishandling. 

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must not be used and must be 'like new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund (the original shipping cost is not included) for the product to your original payment method. If the item has been opened, there is 10%~50% restocking fee that will be assessed based on the item condition that it returns to us in.

Change of Delivery Address

You are allowed to change your delivery address 2 working days before the order is dispatched. Any changes will need to be submitted in writing via email. Add your new address to your account.  Please submit your to our customer service email:

Include the following in the email:

  • The new delivery address 
  • The relevant order reference number(s)

We will contact you to confirm the change after the request is completed.

 

Request of Replacement/Missing Parts

Please submit your replacement/missing part(s) request to cs@alphatoyland.com

  • Provide image(s) of the issue or defect (images should not be over 1MB)
  • Please try to indicate on the image what the problem is.
  • Please clear and concise in describing the issue. 
  • Include your order number and name of the item.  

This policy is available within 14 calendar days after the item is delivered. The replacement/missing part(s) will be shipped with your next available shipment.
